An improved mirasol roasting pepper, introduced by Dr. Michael Bartolo, and named for Pete Giadone, who was one of the founders of the legendary Pubelo Chile and & Frijoles Festival in Pueblo, Colorado. At ~10,000 scovilles, the heat level is similar to a traditional jalapeño.
